Q: Do you have physical store

A: No, we don’t have physical store, and we don’t have a plan to open a store in near future.

Q: What payment method do you accept

A: We take all major payments including credit cards, Apple Pay, GPay, Alipay, wechat pay and EMT. We do not take Cash. For pickup order over $500, we might reject the online credit card payment and you would need to pay that in person with chip and PIN to prevent unauthorized transaction.

Q: How long it takes to receive my order

A: We process and fullfil your order the same day we receive it. In addtion, we offer same-day delivery to GTA Area, order receive by 2 P.M will be delivered the same day (except ontario statutory holidays ). 

Q: Do you ship to the US

A: Yes, we do. We ship to US using UPS/USPS, and we have everyday pickup scheduled with UPS/USPS. Orders placed before 3 pm during weekdays will be shipped the same day. Normally it takes 2 – 3 business days to the East coast and 2 – 8 business  days to the West coast. Please be advised, we’re unable to ship pressurized air can to the US. If your order amount is below US$800 its duty and tax free. Due to recent tariff policies implemented by the Trump administration, we regret to inform you that Demins (T86) for $800 has been cancelled. Additionally, effective May 2, 2025, we no longer ship packages containing only products manufactured in China.

Q: What currency we use here on this website?

A: If you’re located in Canada, the price you see is Canadian Dollars (CA$). If you’re located in the US, the price you see is the US dollar (US$). You can find the symbols(CA$/US$) in your cart.

Q: Stolen packages

A: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you’re unsure you would be home at the time delivery arrives. Please send us instruction when placing the order. If package gets lost during the transit and you didn’t purchase additional insurance, we will issue a refund up to CA$100. Please consider adding an additional shipping coverage when ordering.

Q: Where is the pre-order section?

A: We have decided to temporarily suspend our pre-order section due to a recent trend where our distributor has been reducing pre-orders. This reduction in pre-orders is a result of many Bandai products being produced in limited quantities. We want to ensure a more certain and reliable experience for our valued customers. We encourage you to subscribe to the item(s) you are interested in so that we can notify you as soon as they become available in stock. Our regular prices typically offer better value than most pre-order prices from our competitors, and you can enjoy an additional discount of 5% or 10% on top of that if you opt for curbside pickup.

Q: Do you offer price match?

A: We do not offer price matching, unlike some other retailers. Our pricing strategy is based on the Japanese Yen Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MRSP) and is not influenced by the product’s popularity. We review our product price periodically to ensure our pricing remains competitive. We take pride in offering highly competitive prices for limited P.Bandai and Gundam Base products, as well as non-limited products.
