Order Replacement Parts

Complimentary Replacement Parts Policy

We understand that sometimes parts may get damaged during assembly or go missing afterwards. To support our customers, we are pleased to offer complimentary replacement parts when available. Please note the following requirements and guidelines:

Eligibility Criteria:

• The kit must have been purchased from us within the last 12 months.
• A maximum of 5 replacement pieces can be requested per kit.
• Availability is subject to stock on hand.
• Replacement parts can be included with a new order or picked up at our location in Markham, ON.

How to Order Replacement Parts:

a) With a New Order: When placing a regular order, please include the following information:

• Kit Order ID
• Kit Name
• Runner Number(s)
• Part Number(s)

b) For Pickup: Send us an email with the subject line "Parts Replacement" and include the same information as above.

Example Request:

• Kit Name: Wing Gundam Zero (EW) Ver.Ka
  • Runner A: Parts #2, 3, 14
  • Runner B: Parts #5, 6

Important Notes:

• Complimentary replacement parts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee the availability of all requested parts.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at our discretion.

A list of available kits will be provided on this page. Please refrain from sending requests for kits that are not listed.

For Platinum members, if your kit is not listed below, you could still send the request, and we will do our best see if we can figure out a solution for you.
