Welcome to our Warehouse Deals section, where you'll find quality products at discounted prices. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Types Items in this section fall into one of two categories:

• Type A – Box-Damaged Kits

  These are brand-new kits that arrived with damage to the outer box. The contents are new, unused, and complete. Only the packaging has been damaged.

  Type B – Returned / Reassembled Kits

  These kits primarily come from customer returns through our sales channels in Europe and the U.S. All products were originally supplied by us, and each Type B kit will include a complete set of runners and all necessary parts.

  In some cases, a Type B kit may be completed using runners from two or more returned kits. For example, we may receive one return that is missing Runner A but still has intact Runners B and C. Those runners may be used through our parts replacement program. If we later receive another return with an intact Runner A, we may combine Runner A from one kit with Runners B and C from another to create one complete set.

  As a result, individual runners may or may not be in their original polybags, and in some cases, the original outer box may be damaged, missing, or replaced. However, we do our best to ensure that all runners are still sealed in their original polybags whenever possible. If any runners are unsealed, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

  Most importantly, Type B kits will never contain pre-built or partially assembled parts. All parts will remain unassembled and attached to their runners.

  In short, every Type B kit will contain a complete set of runners and all necessary parts, but the condition of the packaging, outer box, and individual polybags may vary.

2. Free Replacement Eligibility All Warehouse Deal items remain eligible for our free parts replacement program, subject to parts availability.

3. Free Shipping Exclusion Warehouse Deal items do not count toward the free shipping threshold. For example, a $90 order consisting entirely of Warehouse Deal items shipping to the GTA would not qualify for free shipping — standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.
